Customer Solutions Specialist (Second Shift)

Responsibilities

Offer support over multiple channels, including livechat, email, phone, and social media platforms
Provide product education and relay marketing best practices to customers
Partner with customers to help them grow their businesses through troubleshooting and proactive education on best practices
Work on special projects and collaborate with team members across the company to improve customer experience
Take initiative and advocate for process enhancements in the Customer Solutions department

Required

Exceptional communicator
Ability to build and nurture relationships
Experience in providing support over multiple channels (livechat, email, phone, social media)
Ability to troubleshoot and provide product education
Knowledge of marketing best practices
Ability to work variable days including some weekend days
Availability to work Second Shift (1PM-10PM ET)
Initiative to proactively educate on best practices
Ability to suggest new product features
Advocacy for process enhancements in the CS department
Leadership qualities that inspire others
Passion and investment in customer success

Preferred

Knowledge of marketing technologies such as social media, landing pages, or email platforms
