In this executive leadership role, you will define the strategic voice of product experiences and lead a team of content designers and UX writers to create inclusive and emotionally resonant user experiences.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term vision for content design across Bumble’s ecosystem, aligning product voice with brand values and user needs

Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to embed content strategy into early-stage product development and innovation processes

Create systems and standards that ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all product communication touchpoints

Explore and integrate responsible applications of AI in content creation, personalization, and system design to enhance the user experience at scale

Oversee the creation and implementation of content patterns, voice guidelines, and accessibility standards

Lead efforts in taxonomy, naming, information architecture, and content governance at scale

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to develop high-impact experiences that balance user understanding, emotional tone, and business intent

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders across Product, Marketing, Legal, Trust & Safety, and Customer Experience

Drive alignment across disciplines to ensure a unified user experience across every product surface

Champion inclusive, human-centered language that reflects the diversity of our global user base

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global team of content designers and UX writers

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and craft excellence, with a strong focus on career growth and psychological safety

Develop content design talent pipelines and operational practices to scale effectively

Required

12+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy roles, with 5+ years leading and scaling teams at the senior level in consumer tech, preferably mobile-first

Demonstrated success in leading content strategy for complex, high-impact product experiences, ideally across multiple product lines or markets

Deep mastery of content design systems, product voice, and UX writing for global audiences

Strong understanding of design thinking, research methodologies, and inclusive design principles

Exceptional communicator with experience influencing at the executive level
