Responsibilities
Understand our customers, markets, and solutions
Understand our internal systems and processes to include all departments
Work directly with our current Sales Engineering team and our customers to develop layouts, propose solutions, and manage expectations
Work with engineering and operations to develop accurate price estimates and keep our price list updated
Develop relationships with our cooperative vendors in order to make integration projects go smoothly
Work with our external component vendors to understand their product lines and technologies
Administer our CRM system and customer file cabinet for automating communications, proposals, and outbound marketing
Learn our ERP system to obtain accurate solution costs for preparation of estimates
Publish White Papers pertaining to interleaving automation, the benefits of interleaving, and the innovation surrounding new interleaving materials
Support Writing press releases for new and existing products
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5-10 years of experience in sales and engineering environments
Proficiency in Draft Site, AutoCAD and Solid Works
Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in use of ERP systems (Epicore)
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors, and other departments
Good oral / written communication skills
Willingness and ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make suggestions for change
Must be highly detail oriented; attentive to accuracy and neatness
Displays diplomacy and the ability to work effectively with customers and other departments
Demonstrates cooperation and willingness to take instruction
High degree of flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of projects and tasks
Displays enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Must be in office in Souderton, PA
Preferred
Food industry experience preferable
Equipment experience preferable
