Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce and Service Max solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications
Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, data security, and performance optimization
Maintain awareness of Service Max product enhancements, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment
Oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the environment
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in Service Max
Demonstrated background in software architecture
Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce and Service Max solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications
Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, data security, and performance optimization
Maintain awareness of Service Max product enhancements, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and emerging technologies
Oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the environment
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams
Strong expertise in software architecture and system integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills, fluency in professional English, both written and spoken
Leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical direction
Preferred
Salesforce platform architecture experience is highly desirable
