Responsibilities

Be the primary business partner to the Marketing org, including owning all budgeting and planning

Shepherd the planning and goal-setting process for Marketing-driven pipeline, ROI, and budget allocation, and align these to the broader topline goals of the company

Help generate insights around the performance of our various acquisition channels and marketing programs across the funnel / buying lifecycle

Tackle critical change projects within Marketing that will help us operate the business at the next level of scale

Required

6-8+ years of progressive high growth experience

Experience in a Growth, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or other highly analytical role at a fast growing startup

Prior experience working on or closely partnering with data-driven Growth teams is a plus

High analytical horsepower paired with strong modeling and data skills

Ability to translate business concepts and frameworks to well structured spreadsheet models

Fluency in database concepts, SQL, and modern BI tools is a big plus

Attention to detail and strong strategic instincts

Ability to ensure output is precise and error-free

Ability to know when things 'pass the smell test' and what is critical vs. secondary to an answer

A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity

Ability to create structure out of ambiguity and manage competing priorities

Excellent communication and partnership skills

Ability to engage with a diverse array of stakeholders

Fantastic written and verbal communication skills

A team player with a low 'ego to smarts ratio'

Positive, learn-it-all (not know-it-all) energy

Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
