Responsibilities

Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability

Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems

Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations

Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance

Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems

Required

To be eligible for this position you must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and must be willing to secure and maintain CI Polygraph

Work must be performed 100% onsite, however flexible work schedules are permitted

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the requirements for either the Senior or Staff Software Engineer level: Senior Software Engineer: 5+ years of relevant experience with a related Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree; Staff Software Engineer: 9+ years of relevant experience with a related Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with a Master's degree

Preferred

Test experience with integration testing, scrum team testing, system testing, formal acceptance testing, independent verification and validation as well as operational system checkout

Experience with automated testing (e.g., Selenium, JMeter)

Scripting or development background to optimize the recorded tests for repeatability and general hardening
