Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and maintaining application-level software that simulates airborne radar systems and other sensors for use in a variety of training devices. The software is written in the C++ programming language on Windows and Linux platforms
Responsible for performing tasks related to the following areas: Software Design, Software Implementation, Technical Documentation, Team Collaboration, Software Integration and Testing

Required

United States citizenship required due to restrictions on access to certain data
In-depth knowledge and experience programming in C/C++ languages
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with export-controlled technology
At least two years progress towards a B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

Strong foundation in mathematics and physics
Knowledge of radar technology and signal processing
Experience with OpenGL and graphics application programming
Background in real-time, multi-processing systems
Familiarity with tools for geographic data processing (e.g. KML, vector files, digital elevation models, satellite imagery)
Experience with defect tracking systems (Bugzilla, Jira)
Proficiency with configuration management tools (Preforce, Git)
Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
