DD Homes Network is an organization with over 35 years of experience serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. They are seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)/Manager who will create service and activity plans, manage a team of direct care workers, and oversee daily operations of a residential home for adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
A Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) creates service plans, activity plans and learning goals for individuals with developmental disabilities
A Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) manages a staff of direct care workers
A Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) works independently to oversee daily operations of small residential home for adults with developmental disabilities

Bachelor's degree in a human service related field (sociology, special education, psychology, other) from a four-year college or university
Minimum of one year of personal or professional experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities
