They are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern to partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and forecasting, while gaining real-world experience through collaboration on meaningful projects.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Business and Finance teams to analyze and report monthly results
Provide variance analysis compared to the most recent forecast/Annual Plan
Provide analytical support to the global business unit teams to understand business unit drivers of performance
Undertake special projects for business leadership, and FPA leads as needed
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028
Must have an overall 2.8 GPA
Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work
Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations in North America
Successful completion of a background check is required
Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a solutions-focused mindset are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Possess initiative and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Collaborate with local colleagues to provide insight and support strategic goals
Dedication to utilizing technology applications that are critical to performing accounting functions
