Responsibilities
Review returns and other tax projects related to compliance, advisory, planning, research and consulting
Anticipate and identify client tax issues and concerns, providing consultative and strategic solutions
Mentor, train and supervise associates and senior associates
Work with leadership to formulate strategic business and tax planning recommendations
Identify ways to improve processes with a focus on providing the highest quality client service
Participate in the recruitment of new staff
Qualification
Required
5+ years of high-net-worth individual tax experience in public accounting
Active CPA license in California - required
Bachelor's and/or master's degree with an emphasis in accounting/taxation
Experience training and mentoring staff
Passionate professional who understands the value of developing others
Preferred
Experience with estate planning implementation via trusts
