Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including partnership disputes and business litigation
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations with opposing counsel
Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and trial preparation
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and emerging trends in complex commercial litigation

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation and business litigation
Portable book ($700k+)
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively

Preferred

Strong knowledge of securities litigation is a plus
