Required

Strong understanding of building systems
5+ years experience in Multifamily and/or Commercial construction
Strong background in multi-family, commercial and/or podium-style builds
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
Self-motivated
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

BS in Construction Management or relevant degree preferred (or 4+ years in the field)
