Responsibilities

Offer support over multiple channels, including livechat, email, phone, and social media platforms
Provide product education and relay marketing best practices to customers
Partner with customers to help them successfully grow their businesses
Take initiative and proactively educate customers on best practices
Bubble up suggestions for new product features and advocate for process enhancements in the CS department

Required

Exceptional communicator
Ability to build and nurture relationships
Experience in providing support over multiple channels (livechat, email, phone, social media)
Ability to troubleshoot and provide product education

Ability to suggest new product features
Advocacy for process enhancements in the customer service department
Knowledge of marketing technologies such as social media, landing pages, or email platforms
Leadership qualities that inspire others
