Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of home care services
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple home care locations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
Manage budget and financial performance of home care operations
Provide leadership and guidance to staff to promote a positive work environment and high-quality patient care
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on home care services
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care for home care services
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations
Experience managing budgets and financial performance
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
