Responsibilities

Responsible for the health, personal cares, safety, and general welfare of all participants
Lead activities as assigned by leadership
Report any changes in participant condition
Ensure individual’s belongings are properly checked in and the correct items are sent home
Complete all documentation requirements
Maintain cleanliness of the property utilized by participants and staff
Participate in training and development
Attend and participates in meetings
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Are 16-18 years old, if you are 18+ please apply for the Direct Support Professional role
Strong communication skills
Able to handle physical aggression and challenging behaviors
Detail-oriented with an emphasis on safety
A team player and able to follow instructions
Must be able to pass an organizational background study

Preferred

Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
