Weatherization Home Energy Auditor
Lawrence County Community Action Partnership is seeking a Weatherization Home Energy Auditor. The role involves conducting home inspections, preparing audit reports, and managing communication with contractors and clients to ensure project specifications are met.

Responsibilities
Conduct on-site home inspections
Prepare audit packed with data collected from inspection
Maintain and / or track job status
Enter home modeling information into data base
Communicate with contractors and clients to ensure completion of work to specifications
Prepare and send cost estimates and work orders for crews and contractors
Attend training sessions to maintain industry standards and best practices
Maintain all required licenses to perform job duties
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently
Safely operate small, light powered hand tools
Possesses Safe Work Practices
Scheduling knowledge
Clear communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Pays attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge
Organized; Can maintain paperwork for several projects
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience in home inspections or related field preferred
