In this role, you will leverage your selling skills and knowledge of services to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
Recommend/sell moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales
Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves
Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
Prepare move-related paperwork and documents
Participate in other sales, marketing, and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
Effective listening and communication skills
Motivated by exceeding goals
Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
Accurate; consistent attention to detail
Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Creative problem-solving skills
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other basic computer skills
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred
Associate degree in a related field
Inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales-driven experience
