$20/hr - $25/hrPouring with Heart is currently looking for a new Security Host to work the door at Las Perlas in Los Angeles. The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the safety of guests and staff by monitoring entrances, checking IDs, and de-escalating conflicts.

Responsibilities
Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality. First Hello and Last Goodbye to every guest - Know your regulars by name
Monitor entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents
Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements
De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally
Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed
Report all incidents accurately and promptly to management on a nightly incident basis
Attend all required training on safety, guest interaction, and procedures provided by the company
Qualification
Required

Must have a valid Guard Card
Able to lift 50lbs up to 200lbs and willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
Current Availability Needs: Weekends, especially Sundays, Pick-up / Coverage
