ProCraft Cabinetry, LLC is looking for a Senior Estimator Project Manager to focus on construction and custom cabinetry. The role involves generating custom layouts, coordinating estimates, communicating with vendors, and leading project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

High Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate; demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Coordinate estimates from Subcontractors

Communicate with the project manager, vendors, and other departmental personnel to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues

Work with sales personnel to design and develop kitchen layouts within the parameters of the client’s space and budget

Negotiate and issue purchase orders and contracts, price

Must be proficient in estimating tools and procedures in drawings, specifications, supplier quotations, engineering standards, and other information to provide material takeoffs and cost estimates

Systematic and logical problem-solving skills. Open-mindedness and creative thinking

Can adapt to ever-changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and root causes. countermeasure capabilities

Solid working knowledge of the construction/general contracting sector of business

Have basic or experienced knowledge of cabinetry construction

Knowledge of Excel and other takeoff software. ((Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Using Adobe, and AutoCAD for drawing, and 2D/3D modeling

2020 Interior Design software

Solid knowledge of the kitchen & bath design process

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with contractors and homeowners

Open-mindedness and creative thinking

Reading blueprints, floor plans, and cabinet layouts

Excellent organizational skills to manage multifamily projects and priorities

Bachelor's degrees in engineering, Architecture, and Construction Management are preferred, or related field experience is required. (or equivalent work experience)

Demonstrated project management experience

At five years experience as an estimator, architect, or related position, preferably in cabinetry, construction, or a related area

Passing a drug screen and background check is required for employment
