Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish

Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met at every stage

Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Perform detailed structural design and analysis for various components, creating original and tailored solutions

Ensure the quality of products through thorough checks on calculations, reports, and design criteria

Utilize engineering formulas to prepare design calculations and analyses

Prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents for project bidding

Represent the client and project in meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation/Structures emphasis

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license

5+ years of structural design/engineering and project experience including: PENNDOT design procedures, Bridge design and project experience, NBIS bridge inspection, Bridge rehabilitation plans and specifications

Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays

Valid U.S. Driver's License is required

Legal authorization to work in the U.S
