They are currently seeking a dynamic Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator for the Severn Region to lead daily operations and drive growth and program development.

Responsibilities

Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing

Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies

Assist in the creation and implementation of new programs and services

Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awareness

Qualification

CPRP certificationLicensed mental health therapistManagement experienceMental health experienceLeadership

Required

CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LGPC/LMSW/LCPC/LCSW-C)

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

5 years of mental health experience

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred
