Responsibilities

Inspects finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies for conformance to company standards
Conducts routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in process and finished product, using a variety of testing devices and procedures to maintain product quality
Proficient in the use of Inspection tools such as caliper, micrometer, height gage, optical comparator, pin and thread gages
Ability to determine if components meet specifications according to a 2D drawing
Ability to run programmed components and follow documented procedures using the CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine)
Able to make manual measurements using the CMM, such as hole locations and flatness
Accept help and have the ability to learn from Senior Quality Technicians and engineering
Document inspection results using FMP (receiving inspection reports, FA reports, NCMR)
Post accepted components into inventory using Mass 500
Maintain proper part count for inventory control
Basic knowledge of products and production processes
Follows Inspection Processes and procedures
Understands all aspects of GCX quality guidelines and expectations
Represent Quality Assurance during VOC inspection of finished goods

Required
