Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations

Ensure compliance with DOL

Obtain and maintain wastewater treatment/disposal site permits

Manage Department of Health regulatory matters

Coordinate insurance claims and incident documentation

Oversee safety and environmental compliance

Review insurance claims & workers' compensation claims
