Responsibilities

Technician for installation, modification and upgrading Powder Metals Control Systems
Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Work with customer from order initiation through problem resolution whenever possible, to return customer to production in an expeditious manner
Provide familiarization training to customer on control functions and operational systems
Effectively manage business expenses to maximize profitability

Required

Five or more years related technical experience
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic principals
Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Able to travel overnight at least 75%, at times
Superb Communication Skills with an emphasis on customer service
