Sales Administrator

All-Access Infotech is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) helping businesses thrive by making technology simple, safe, and built for them. They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Administrator to support their growing sales and account management operations by managing customer records, preparing quotes, and assisting the sales team.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer records, proposals, and contracts in our CRM
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and order confirmations to clients
Assist the Sales Team and Account Managers by scheduling meetings, coordinating follow-ups, and tracking deal progress
Collaborate with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing, availability, and order updates
Monitor and manage procurement activities, ensuring smooth delivery of products and services to clients
Generate regular reports on sales pipeline, proposals, and performance metrics
Support marketing efforts by helping with campaigns, events, and LinkedIn outreach when needed

Required

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Order Processing and Sales
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and follow-through to ensure deadlines and commitments are consistently met
Self-motivated and driven to achieve team and personal performance goals
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Detail-oriented, accurate, and proactive in problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Minimum: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience: 2+ years of sales support, administrative coordination, or account management experience
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally (e.g., moving small hardware or supplies)
Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation
Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and data entry
Must have adequate vision and hand-eye coordination for computer-based work

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience with IT or related industries is a plus
Prior experience in IT, MSP, Saas, or technology services is a strong plus
Growth-Oriented: Candidates should be seeking to develop their skills, gain exposure to sales operations, and grow into expanded roles within All-Access Infotech
