Responsibilities

Maintain a professional, cheerful and helpful attitude when interacting with clients
Answer incoming telephone calls using proper telephone etiquette
Schedule and confirm appointments
Accurately process payments and review invoices with clients
Assist with keeping the hospital clean and clear of odors
Take complete phone messages and prescription requests
Filing charts and assist with maintaining complete medical records

Required

Positive attitude and team player
Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment

Position does include some weekend shifts

Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required
