Responsibilities

Build out visual work instructions and process checklists to support quality driven manufacturing processes
Complete efficiency and ergonomics driven kaizen projects to support company objectives
Perform tasks to support new product evaluation and onboarding
Review and revise product documentation to ensure accuracy compared to established BOMs, eliminate obsolete & inaccurate part numbers, and refine to support growing product models & categories
Support innovation, automation and systems analysis projects in the facility
Support daily operations and other projects

Required

Current enrollment in a relevant degree program including Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar, or recent graduate
Basic understanding of electrical blueprints or wiring diagrams
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Effective communication skills and a customer service mindset
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
