Highway Project Manager
Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) is an employee-owned consulting engineering, planning, and infrastructure solutions firm. They are actively seeking a Highway Project Manager who will manage all aspects of transportation projects, oversee highway design and engineering, and prepare plans for highway construction projects.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of transportation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Oversee the design of roadways, interchanges, pavement systems, and associated infrastructure
Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for highway construction projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license
5+ years of technical competency and project experience including: Highway construction plans, Highway occupancy permits, Highway drainage design, Pavement design, Right-of-way plans, Maintenance and protection of traffic, PENNDOT projects
Proficient with Microstation/Inroads/OpenRoads (preferred) and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Client-focused leader and team player with strong budgeting, communication, planning, and organizational skills
Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc
Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
Valid US Driver's License is required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
Preferred
Proficient with Microstation/Inroads/OpenRoads (preferred)
