San Antonio - Inside Sales Representative
TengoInternet is a company that helps campgrounds, marinas, and RV resorts provide reliable outdoor Wi-Fi. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach to potential customers, focusing on delivering value through consultative selling.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads from mobile home parks, RV resorts, and similar properties, guiding them through the sales process
Qualify prospects and recommend the right Wi-Fi solution based on their needs
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities
Manage a pipeline of opportunities in our CRM, keeping data accurate and current
Partner with sales leadership and Customer Support to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve growth goals
Provide a high level of customer service and education about Tengo Internet’s offerings
Qualification
Required
Must live within 1 hour of San Antonio, TX (Austin area also considered)
1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (inside sales, SDR/BDR, call center, or similar)
A desire to learn and grow in a supportive, values-based team culture
Strong listening and communication skills: clear, friendly, and persuasive
Consultative selling mindset: curious, asking smart questions, and providing value even in challenging conversations
Comfortable balancing inbound responsiveness with outbound prospecting activity
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Tech-curious and eager to learn about Wi-Fi solutions and explain them simply to customers
Organized, reliable, and consistent in following up with leads
Preferred
Experience selling internet, telecom, or technology services
Familiarity with CRM tools
Background working with small businesses or property management clients
