Program Supervisor - Clinical

Responsibilities
Supervises, trains and schedules assigned staff
Plays a lead role with implementing training modules, adjusting them according to demand and upgrading them on a continuous basis
Provides on-call coverage for the Program as assigned
Assists individuals/families in developing natural supports to increase success in the community
Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed and submitted according to policy
Completes clinical documentation as required
Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified
Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies
Assists with administration of the Program business plan to include ensuring contract expectations are met and adherence to budget
Develops and maintains positive and constructive working relationships with collateral agencies
Supports clinical team in screening potential participants and providing referrals to other agencies as needed
Performs other related duties assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university
Independent licensure required according to state regulations
Minimum of two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required
Ability to develop collaborative relationships with community partners
Basic computer skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Effective listening skills
Excellent documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion
Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements
If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations' driving policy
If not qualified to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed
Travel required based on business need
Must be 18 years of older
Successful complete and meet all requirements of the comprehensive credentialing process
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism
Must be able to pass a seven-year background check
Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable)
Must be able to pass education verification check
Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states
Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position)
