Responsibilities
Welcome guests, manage event flow, and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience
Prepare, clean, and reset event spaces; assist with food, beverage, and equipment setup
Supervise on-field or party activities and support coaches/referees when scheduled
Promote and upsell Sofive offerings including coaching staff, extended bookings, and party upgrades
Report guest feedback, issues, or additional needs to the Manager
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
Weekend and evening availability required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for setup and cleanup
Preferred
Hospitality, events, or sales experience preferred
Prior event or hospitality experience preferred
