Responsibilities
Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies
Operating production equipment, inspecting, and packing product safely and according to standards
Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
Supporting the team when working with other Operators, and Service Groups to optimize processes including timeliness of product flow
Contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Qualification
Required
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Preferred
One (1) year of manufacturing experience
Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed
