Responsibilities
Define and execute the financial strategy that supports the company’s transition from R&D-focused to commercially scalable
Build robust financial systems, controls, and reporting suited for a scale-up preparing for significant growth and future capital markets engagement
Lead fundraising strategy, investor relations, and government funding management
Partner with CEO, CTO, and leadership team to align financial priorities with productization, manufacturing, and go-to-market goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in deep tech / semiconductors / HPC / AI / photonics or similarly complex industries
Public company experience - In a Senior or C level position
Proven track record of scaling a venture-backed, R&D-intensive company into commercial operations and revenue growth
Strong fundraising and investor relations background; ability to interface with top-tier VCs, strategic investors, and government stakeholders
Experience designing financial frameworks for product commercialization, licensing/IP monetization, and large-scale infrastructure projects
