Transdev is a leader in mobility solutions, operating transportation systems across the U.S. They are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to serve as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and documentation of transportation details.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor

Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

Meet or exceed established performance requirements

Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses

Other duties as required

Qualification

Bilingual English/SpanishCustomer service skillsComputer literateTelephone operation

Required

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Computer literate

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to operate standard telephone system
