Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs at various properties

Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs

Complete work orders promptly and efficiently

Conduct preventative maintenance

Assist with the turnover process for vacant units, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of pools, common areas, and grounds

Communicate effectively with residents to address maintenance requests and provide updates

Coordinate with property management to coordinate and prioritize repairs

Collaborate with maintenance teams/vendors and contractors for specialized repairs

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies

Perform other assigned tasks
