Ground C2 Systems Engineer
The Stahl Companies provides Program Management for a channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government, advocating for policies that improve government services. They are seeking a skilled Ground C2 Systems Engineer to lead technical support and provide expertise for engineering and training efforts related to Ground C2 systems.

Responsibilities
Leads and provides guidance to teams in the provision of technical support and expertise for test, engineering, and training efforts related to Ground C2 systems such as JTCW, TCS, GCCS, TSOA, CHE, CDN, JBC-P, or MCH
Defines, organizes, and assigns activities to accomplish engineering and testing efforts
Provides technical mentoring to individuals and teams
Develops, integrates, and implements solutions to diverse, highly complex technical problems across multiple areas and disciplines
Develops, reviews, writes, or provides technical input to technical test and engineering documents
Develops and presents briefings as required
Documents technical status, progress, and problems encountered during test and engineering events
Interacts independently and proactively with customers to identify and define complex problems and to develop and implement strategies or techniques for resolving technical issues
Works with customers to evaluate and analyze technical requirements and test objectives to develop plans to test these requirements and objectives
Identifies, plans, allocates, and optimizes resources to complete multiple project related tasks and goals
Manages and maintains equipment and configurations in the test and engineering labs
Effectively accomplishes multiple project goals within established guidelines
Qualification
Required
Five years' experience as a systems engineer
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
Two years' experience performing engineering, software development, testing, or system administration of Ground C2 systems such as JTCW, TCS, GCCS, TSOA, CHE, CDN, JBC-P, or MCH
Experience in project management, configuration management and quality control procedures
Ability to communicate technical content both orally and in writing
Develop technical documentation that includes, but is not limited to test plans, test reports, problem reports, architecture diagrams, and topical briefings
Possess and maintain currency in their respective fields: understand emerging processes, methodologies, and technical advancements
Provide accurate and timely domain expertise in support of assigned working groups, committees, and teams
Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance is required
Preferred
Experience administering VMware ESXi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server Operating Systems
Experience in Microsoft Active Directory
Working knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting of Cisco routing and switching
CompTIA Security+ certification
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
