Senior Business Development Executive
TenTen Transportation is a fast-growing third-party logistics brokerage specializing in full truckload solutions across North America. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive who will expand and service customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive sales growth through innovative solutions.

Expand and service customer accounts throughout North America
Build and nurture long-term relationships as a trusted logistics partner
Grow and manage your book of business with the flexibility to structure it your way
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution and high service levels
Drive sales growth through new opportunities, referrals, and innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of 3PL sales experience
A portable book of business
Proven track record of opening and growing accounts
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
An entrepreneurial mindset — motivated, self-driven, and excited by autonomy
Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail for daily workflow
