Experience on single and multi-family residential projects

Ability to communicate to installers, builders, building inspectors and homeowners install methods and code

Possess leadership qualities and the ability to be a self-starter

Ability to multi-task

Skilled in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents

Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills with Excel competency

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
