High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
BLS certification as Healthcare Provider or equivalent through the Military Training Network (MTN)
Certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). Formerly Liaison Council on Certification of Surgical Technologist
