Provide overall support in every aspect of each project
Assist superintendent and project manager in field work support, estimating, RFI, submittal management, subcontracts
Assist with procurement
Handle document control
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent working knowledge of construction procedures, building systems and tools
Ability to solve problems and work well under pressure
Knowledge reading plans, shop drawings, and specifications
Excellent math and computer skills incl. Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore
Ability to effectively communicate with workers and vendors
Preferred
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture degree preferred
