Start in 2026 SpringDriveTime is the largest privately owned used car sales finance and servicing company in the nation, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona and Dallas, Texas. They are seeking a Data Science Intern for their Summer 2026 internship program, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, developing models, and presenting insights to support business decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making processes
Assist in developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and predictive models
Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to extract knowledge and patterns from data
Assist with developing innovative ways to increase data intelligence within the business
Present results of analysis to leaders and colleagues
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or master's student with a graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027
Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related discipline
You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
Able to read and write in Python (R is a plus!)
Working knowledge in SQL, Tableau and Excel
An understanding of the Data Science Life Cycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A mind for the details
