Responsibilities

Develop technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills to meet organizational needs

Acts as a crucial liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Conduct technical training programs according to organizational requirements

Prepare training materials and execute training sessions, webinars, and workshops

Conduct technical training programs according to organizational requirements

Track and evaluate the results of training programs

Deliver standard and customized training based on customer needs

Maintain proficiency with all company products and ensure the training area is well-organized

Conduct basic and advanced training classes for clients, both in-house and online

Collaborate with the Customer Technical Training Supervisor to update training guidelines and support Help Desk activities
