Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel to organizations investigating and responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents
Collect information needed to understand the issue and scope of each situation
Engage and direct experts needed to appropriately investigate and respond to the event
Communicate to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other third-parties as needed while advising clients throughout the investigation
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide crisis management support to clients
Qualification
Required
Membership in good standing to the Pennsylvania Bar
Curiosity to learn more about cybersecurity law
