Qualification
Required
Lead and develop the Biomedical maintenance, process, and reliability improvement program
Reduce unplanned instrument downtime
Increase overall equipment effectiveness
Partner with external Service Contract Suppliers
Collaborate with Biomedical Engineers/Techs
Work with Equipment Process Owners
Engage with Continuous Improvement Managers
Build a foundation for a TPM Total Productive Maintenance 'Zero Defect' Culture
Deploy the region's Maintenance and Reliability Program
Apply the Quest Management System (QMS) principles and tools
Meet customer service levels
Increase lab productivity & safety
Reduce maintenance and operating costs
Implement Foundational Elements of Measurement, Standardization and Communication
Utilize 5 Strategic Pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Professional Maintenance, Early Equipment Management, and Training & Development
Implement 7 practices of the Quest Management System (QMS): Hoshin Breakthrough Management, Voice of the Customer, Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Change Management
