Responsibilities

Lead and manage stormwater projects from concept through construction, including drainage design, green infrastructure, and flood mitigation
Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with regulations, and on-time, on-budget performance
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting proposal development
Collaborate across disciplines to integrate stormwater solutions into broader civil and site development projects

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Professional engineering (PE) license
10 years of related experience
Expert Knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices
Expert Knowledge of engineer principles of design
Expert Knowledge of Microsoft business software (excel, word, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Expert knowledge of federal, state and local regulations
