Proactive Lead Generation: You will not wait for the phone to ring. You must actively penetrate the market using methods that require grit and persistence, including: Targeted Cold Calling and digital outreach, Visiting local Real Estate Brokerages, Networking at Open Houses and Industry Events, Strategic Door Knocking in key territories
High-Stakes Presentation & Negotiation: Confidently present the Fusion investment model to successful agents. You must be able to manage difficult, high-level conversations and guide strong-willed individuals to embrace our unique, transformative perspective
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of work experience
Ability to operate autonomously
Proactive lead generation skills
Experience with targeted cold calling and digital outreach
Ability to visit local real estate brokerages
Networking skills at open houses and industry events
