Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Qlik Sense dashboards and reports
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that provide actionable insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and ensure optimal user experience
Manage and mentor a team of BI developers, providing guidance and ensuring best practices
Optimize Qlik Sense data models and visualizations for performance and scalability
Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance across reporting platforms
Drive automation and standardization of recurring reporting processes
Monitor usage and performance of dashboards, and implement enhancements as needed
Stay current with Qlik Sense capabilities, industry BI trends and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Seven (7) years of IT and business/industry work experience
Three (3) years as a technical expert in an IT organization
In-depth knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approach in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs
Experience with other BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend)
Certification in Qlik Sense or other BI Platforms
