Responsibilities

Engage in hands-on operational roles to understand the intricacies of our business

Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation

Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and achieve business objectives

Adhere to position requirements as stated per the job description of the specific rotation assigned

Support small to mid-size projects and programs

Participate and lead LEAN/CEDAC and other similar events

Gain knowledge of key programs and policies critical to the business

Present end-of-rotation summaries to key company leaders

Achieve required leadership training according to schedule

Required

Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0

Open to working in one of our Northeast Ohio locations: Solon, Strongsville, Eastlake, Highland Hills, or Willoughby without relocation support
