Responsibilities
Model and implement processes defined by customers while providing recommendations to improve the overall solution
Work with customers to understand their processes, build out detailed requirements, and create a plan for delivery
Define technical direction, delegate, and manage technical projects
Develop, implement, and test custom Salesforce solutions
Support the Sales process as needed, including estimating effort and schedule
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in Salesforce development, from architectural design to implementation (LWC, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL)
Experience building and maintaining API integrations using REST and SOAP web services
High-level Salesforce architecture skills and knowledge of current best practices
Expertise in CRM/Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Revenue Cloud
Must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship
Preferred
Commerce Cloud, OMS, CPQ, and/or Marketing Cloud experience
Software development experience outside of Salesforce
