Office Manager / Corporate Operations

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Corporate Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Manage office logistics including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
Support corporate operations initiatives including scheduling, reporting, and process improvements
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating internal communications
Maintain records and documentation for compliance and operational efficiency
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
Liaise with HR, IT, and Finance departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve office productivity
Qualification
Required
US Citizen
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
0 - 2 years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
The ability to lift upwards to 25 lbs
